Jo Holdsworth Recruitment, the longest running commercial Independent Recruitment Consultancy in Leeds, is proud to be celebrating their 10-year anniversary.

“We have come along way since I started on my own based in the smallest service office space you can imagine!

I believe the best reflection of our success is that we still successfully recruit for the first client we made our first placement with 10 years ago.

It has been an amazing 10 years, full of great highs and challenging times, facing the toughest recession for 100 years in a job market where unemployment rose by 1 million has certainly been a challenge! I am very proud to have continued to remain profitable even during the toughest of times and remain positive and focused whilst fighting to retain my staff.

2014 proved to be a year of recovery for us and our most successful year since 2008, culminating in placing a record number of candidates in September 2014, the best performance in our 10 year history!

2015 is set to become our most successful year to date with further plans to expand the team and launch our new website and rebranding during Q1 of 2015, as well as plans to purchase our own business premises in Leeds City Centre.

In the last 10 years we have helped over 4000 people find new employment opportunities all within the Yorkshire area, employed by our diverse range of clients ranging from some of Yorkshire’s largest employers to small local companies and start ups.

I would like to thank every candidate who has made the effort to come to the JHR office to register and place their faith in our ability to find them a job and our loyal client base, old and new, who have continued to support our growth over the last 10 years.
