Our management style is fair, open and honest with no micro-management; instead we trust and empower our employees, as well as encouraging ownership of their work. Support is always there from management; one-to-ones take place on a fortnightly basis and appraisals on a bi-annual basis. We offer competitive basic salaries and a monthly uncapped commission structure paid on total revenue billed with no threshold deductions, or accumulated targets.
