Kirsty joined the JHR team in May 2019 and plays a fundamental role in supporting the Temporary Division with high volume recruitment drives. Before joining JHR; Kirsty spent 3 years at university in London ultimately achieving a First Class Honours Degree. After this she then spent time with Pure Gym developing and managing their recruitment and training plan for their contact centre before taking a leap into agency life!
Kirsty’s passion, aptitude and natural ability to communicate with people at all levels absolutely dove tails with our commitment to building and maintaining strong key relationships with clients and candidates, recognising the importance of matching suitable candidates with clients requirements. Supporting both to ensure long term and repeat business is a primary focus for Kirsty as well as securing the right job for the right person. These key qualities have seen Kirsty go on to successfully be promoted into the role of a 360 consultant heading into 2020.
In her spare time Kirsty is still very passionate about Musial Theatre and loves passing on her experience to the next generation, teaching at The Pauline Quirke Academy Leeds each Saturday morning. Along with going to the gym and spending time with her boyfriend and friends.
Trivial Fact: Kirsty got that stressed when writing her dissertation that she fainted and cut her chin open on the kitchen floor!
