Account Manager

Our client specialise in delivering tailored marketing campaigns to clients primarily opporating in Recruitment, Property or the Public Sector to name a few. Their specialist campaigns allow their clients to reach out and establish relationships with an audience with a more tailored and idividualised approach.


Due to continued success and growth acros the company, and having recently grown/moved into newly renovated offices in Tadcaster; Our client are seeking to expand their Account Magement team and are seeking a professional Account Manager with a proven B2B track record of nurturing and grow key accounts. We are seeking someone with a natually proactive approach, ability to demonstrate strong initiaitve as well as a confident and engaging communicator.



  • Liaising with existing clients on a daily basis
  • Creating business proposals for existing clients
  • Assisting in creating proposals for the new business team
  • Managing campaigns through from booking to completion
  • Attending client visits as and when necessary – presenting new product ideas and services and enhance existing relationship
  • Check artwork is correct and within the brief before processing to the delivery team to launch
  • Ensuring records are kept updated and accurate on internal CRM
  • Work with the in-house technical team as well as other departments to meet the needs of your clients
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Being proactive and keeping regular contact with all clients
  • Always ensuring to go that extra mile


Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • A proven background in B2B Account Management
  • An understanding of digital marketing would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Naturally outgoing and energetic character with a proactive appraoch
  • Eagerness to learn and to always go above and beyond
  • Ambitious with the desire to build a successful long term career with your next employer
  • Driving license/access to own transport would be advantageous but not entirely essential


Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE + Annual bonus

Location: Tadcaster
