This city centre firm need temporary support for 4 months in an administrative role which requires someone with excellent numeric ability. Full time hours working for an extremely friendly team.
This varied admin role includes a variety of basic admin tasks but also involves checking bank statements, issuing invoices, checking ledgers and eventually helping with the billing of solicitors’ hours. You need a good understanding of Excel and a natural aptitude for figure work.
Other duties involve taking telephone calls, photocopying, scanning and faxing. Working with a small team.
If you are free to start immediately, commit to a minimum of 4 months and have either some experience in accounts or work around figures then please get in touch. It could potentially lead to a permanent role but the firm will consider someone happy to consider temp to perm or someone just wanting 4 months work.
Hours 9 – 5.30 Mon to Fri
Hourly rate £9+ per hour
