Business Development Executive

Are you a consultative driven, ambitious and self-motivated person? Are you a natural problem solver with an inquisitive mind? Are you confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills and a competitive edge? If so we need you! We are looking to recruit an experience business development executive with a knowledge of digital marketing to join a dynamic and forward thinking company in the heart of Leeds where you will be responsible for generating new business and engaging with a variety of potential clients. This is not your typical sales role, you will be out of the office daily engaging in client meetings and using your personality to create new opportunities. The role requires someone with a positive attitude who wants a varied and exciting role where no 2 days are the same, the typical hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday although flexibility will be required to attend some evening events.


The role of the Business Development Executive will involve –


  • Working in partnership with clients who have ambitious plans for growth to help grow their business
  • Following up on warm inbound leads to secure meetings with potential clients
  • Generating your own leads but getting out of the office and exploring the city
  • Revisiting lapsed users to re-engage relationships
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients having consultative, straight-talking conversations to understand client requirements
  • Managing the client experience from start to finish
  • Meeting with clients in person , offering a consultative approach to understand business requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Problem solving and thinking outside the box to offer the best solutions
  • Managing a large portfolio of clients and ensuring work is completed for clients on time
  • Post campaign client engagement
