Job Title: Call Centre Advisor
Hours: Full time Mon-Fri No Weekend Work
Location: Leeds, near the white rose shopping centre

Summary…
Our internationally established client are seeking several Call Centre Advisor’s to join their team – they have both permanent vacancies due to continuous expansion within the team.
Working within the financial sector you will need to be confident in dealing with often complex queries and be good at thinking on your feet, using your initiative and problem solving. You will deal with a really varies client base so again need to be good at adapting your style depending on who you are speaking with.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering enquiries from clients by telephone or e-mail
- Providing the broadest range of information with regard to the different services and solutions on offer
- Attempting to resolve queries at first point of contact, or escalate if needed
- Providing information on request regarding the funds and changes that may impact them
- Call filtering – passing calls for other departments through to them when required
- Working as part of a team environment
- Working within financial guidelines and regulations at all times
