Customer Service Administrator

Hours: 08:30am – 17:30pm Mon – Friday

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 DOE

Location: Birstall, Leeds

 

Job Profile

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Care Advisor to join a very well established, fast paced and diverse customer service department with a company based in Birstall/Outskirts of Morley on a full time permanent basis. Our client have a lot of USP’s and are highly reputable in their field of work across the UK. Their product range and services are really varied and again unique in the market place so we are seeking someone who genuinely takes pride in the level of service they provide and actively work to go above and beyond for every client worked with.

 

We are seeking someone with excellent problem solving skills, ability to work independently with high levels of initiative/creativity and someone who injects pace and urgency into their work on a daily basis.

 

Responsibilities

Processing all incoming orders via telephone and email

Answering incoming telephone enquiries from existing and prospective client, ascertaining their requirements and providing quotations

Taking ownership for work load on a daily basis

Liaising with other internal departments to ensure orders can be processed and that clients expectations can be met

Managing customer service inbox

Providing some technical support to clients as and when required

Assisting with ad-hoc projects that arise within the customer service team

 

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required

Excellent levels of accuracy – proven experience within a role where this is demonstrated

Background within a customer focused environment

Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills

Great team player

Methodical, fast paced worker
