What will you be doing?
You will work alongside the operations team to answer inbound customer enquires via email and telephone, and making outbound calls spanning a multitude of query types. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring no customer ever feels like part of a process or a number. You will also be liaising with suppliers, brokers and third parties to ensure that all enquiries are serviced properly. You will also be dealing with customer complaints and resolving these in a timely and kind manner.
