This central Leeds based firm are looking for some long-term temporary support with a view to becoming permanent. They have an excellent reputation for their staff care receiving great feedback from already placed candidates. Good previous customer service experience required however this could be from a wide range of environments.
Due to an increase in business we are looking for several customer candidates. This client offers an outstanding working environment with a very friendly culture. They need temporary support for at least 3 months and as they have a large recruitment campaign this year there is plenty of opportunity to join permanently. Starting dates will be late January and checks will be taken so you need to have a clean credit file.
You need excellent telephone skills, ideally have worked within a regulated environment (this is not essential), be passionate about customer service and have good written English.
If you have good customer service ability, then please get in touch. This could be from a retail or hospitality environment; however please be aware the role is very heavily telephone based but not sales related. You are dealing with varied enquiries.
Hours: 37 hours between 8am and 8pm Mon to Fri (shifts are on a rota) and Saturday mornings roughly 1 in 3 weeks
Office location: Leeds city centre
Salary: £8.95 ph plus holidays
