The role combines assisting customers by phone and email. You will be assisting with feedback on both service and products as well as offering solutions to resolve the customers concern. Excellent customer service ability is required however we are open to a range of backgrounds your customer service skills were attained in eg contact centres, retail etc. If you do not have specific experience but feel you are the type of person who cares about providing customer service and that with training you could achieve this, it is worth contacting us.
You need to be computer literate as you will be working between two screens, but training can be provided. You need to be able to control a conversation whilst updating the database. The most important factor is being able to hold a good quality conversation. There will also be email communication with customers.
Various shifts to be covered, 37.5 hours per week, but covering days, evenings and weekends – or a combination of all. Candidates must be willing to be extremely flexible with working patterns in the current circumstances but as mentioned, some of this time will be home based.
Hourly rate £9.44 per hour. They also pay an increased rate for overtime. There is a 1 week training period which is Monday – Friday day time and then on to shift patterns which will be confirmed during training.
Candidates must be open to training over Zoom / Digitally or on site in Morley in COVID Friendly scenario. No holidays allowed in the period up until Christmas.
