Customer Service Executive

Location – LS10

Salary £18k – £19k

We are looking for a mature and experienced customer service executive to join a busy office based customer care team in Beeston where you will be responsible for working under pressure to answer all incoming calls and book jobs in with the relevant teams. This is a varied and fast paced role which will involve various administrative tasks such as booking jobs with various team, coordinating diaries and preparing statements. The hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available for the right person.

The role of the customer service executive will involve-

Offering outstanding customer service at all times, working to internal sla’s and deadlines
Answering inbound calls from home owners, insurance companies, policy holders and other various 3rd parties
All round office administration
Diary management and scheduling of jobs
Accurate input of data into the crm system
Working to kpis
Working well as part of a small, close knit team
The ideal person will have-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
Friendly, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well on own initiative
Good sense of humour
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
Background in construction or insurance would be advantageous
