Team Leader – Customer Service
Salary £23k rising to £25k after probation
Location – Leeds
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic team leader to join a new energy company based in Leeds where you will have complete autonomy in managing your team and driving the success of the business.
As a customer service team leader, you will be passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service and offering regular coaching to your team members, strengthening their skills and motivating them.

Managing a team of 13 customer service advisors you will have previous team leader experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will conduct regular 1-1’s and coaching and must be a positive influence in the office.
As a Customer Service Team Leader your key skills and competencies will include:
1-year experience within a team leader role
Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
The ability to adapt to change, specifically with processes and procedures
Flexibility to adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as we expand
The determination to continuously improve standards and the customer journey
Great telephone skills and the ability to handle complaints and escalated queries
Knowledge of the energy industry is essential
The drive to contribute to the success and growth of the business
Confident producing reports and good problem solving skills
Passionate about developing your team and the ability to coach and managing performance
Numerical, computer skills, and the attention to detail is needed in a regulated environment.
Salary starting at 23k rising to 25k after probation
Annual Salary review based on performance
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (this may change to meet customer demand) no evenings or weekends!
25 days Holiday, plus bank holidays.
