Job Title: Finance Customer Service Advisor – not a call centre
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9- 5:30pm
Location: Leeds City Centre
Our internationally established client are seeking a customer service advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. On a daily basis your workload will be very varied and will be majority phone work with some administration.
Our internationally established client are seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a permanent basis within financial services.
As this is such a large organisation there are lots of internal development opportunities. This role does also come with an industry recognised financial qualification which is fully funded!
Daily tasks of a Customer Service Representative….
Answering enquiries via telephone or e-mail
Attempting to resolve queries at first point of contact, or escalate if needed
Updating internal systems and arranging any necessary correspondence
Call filtering – passing calls for other departments through to them when required
The Ideal Candidate will have…
G.C.S.E Maths and English grade ‘C’ or above, or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisation and time management skills
Ability to prioritise
Excellent customer/client service skills
Good team working attitude
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Previous experience of working within a Customer Services role
You will have to pass a credit check for this position.
