If you have good all round experience in HR, having preferably worked within a Rewards and Benefits team, this 6 months temporary role may appeal to you. It is home based for a Leeds firm and commitment for the full 6 months is required. It is also essential that you have a clean credit file.
The role is supporting the HR function on a large scale project around job evaluations. Any experience linked with job evaluations would be useful hence the pay rate range. The ideal would be for someone who has been involved in mapping out salary scales and bench marking and having even trained on a job evaluation tool, such as Hay. If you have completed the task fully the rate will be at the top end of the scale however lesser experience would be considered at the lower rate. Previous HR experience is essential.
The hours are 37.5 per week Mon to Fri.
