Our client is a reputable law firm based in Leeds centre and they are looking for a legal secretary on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a large professional firm and to be a crucial part of the team and company.

They are looking for a candidate who has a great telephone manner, who is confident, friendly, and ideally has experience within an administrative role. This is a fast paced but rewarding role where you will provide support admin support for the firm and the solicitors within the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Typing
  • Filing documents
  • Answering the phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicating with clients
  • Arranging meetings
  • Working as part of a team with other support staff
  • Working to tight deadlines.
