Outbound Customer Service Advisor
£7.50 per hour
Leeds – Guiseley
START DATE 27th NOVEMBER
Our customer focused and dynamic client, based in Guiseley, are looking to recruit a number of Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly, vibrant and fast paced team. Successful candidates will commence employment on a temporary basis, however these roles have the potential to become permanent in the future.
Day to day duties of the Outbound Customer Service Advisor will include the following;
•Making a high volume of outbound calls
•Giving expert product information to customers and passing leads to sales team
•Accurate logging of information on CRM system
•Completing any follow up calls
The majority of your day as a Customer Service Advisor will be spent on the phone so we are looking for candidates who are comfortable in a fast paced telephone based environment. This role would suit candidates with previous customer service experience, recent graduates and anyone living locally.
The role is due to start 27th November and will run until 22nd December. Please only apply if you are able to commit to working between these dates.
Hours of work are 9am – 5pm and there is free parking on site.
