Description

Our client based in North Leeds needs temporary cover whilst recruiting a PA or Senior Administrator on a 6 months FTC.  The temporary candidate would be considered for the longer term role if interested.  Looking for good administrative skills and ideally previous PA experience.

Job profile

The role is providing a range of PA support.  Someone with experience would be ideal however a good administrator who could take on the responsibilities would certainly be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of meetings for Directors
  • Daily management of complex Directors’ diaries
  • Preparation, research and collation of information as required
  • Management and sifting of incoming calls, directing as appropriate
  • Minute taking, update of action logs and distribution of meeting packs/papers in a timely manner
  • Organisation of events and functions and/or lunches for meetings etc

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required

  •  Accurate, effective and timely diary management
  • Experience at PA level or senior administration

Hours: 35 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

Hourly rate up to £17 per hour dependent upon experience
