Description

This successful central Leeds based firm are looking for a proactive administrator to support the sales team in a wide range of admin duties. Strong admin skills and outstanding communication are essential and ideally previous supervisory experience.

The permanent post will temp initially. The salary is very much dependent upon the individual as the client is open to various backgrounds and levels of experience. You do need a confident personality and the ability to juggle a range of tasks in a very busy sales environment.

Duties will include:

• Managing the email inbox
• Screening and registering candidates
• Preparing CV’s to a high standard
• Marketing
• Posting and managing adverts

You would be responsible for a wide range of duties that leave the Consultants able to focus on sales.

You need to have excellent written and spoken English, a great eye for detail, pride yourself on accuracy, a creative approach to advertising and marketing and be capable of working in a very fast paced environment. An energetic, pro-active approach is absolutely essential in this office.

Being an early bird will be a distinct advantage as the team start at around 7am and work until 4.30/4.45.

Office location: Leeds city centre
Salary: 18,000
