Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are a leading, independent Commercial Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of Leeds City Centre and have been established for fourteen years.
Due to an exceptional 2018 and continuing to grow further in 2019; We are currently seeking to expand the team and look to hire an additional 360 Recruitment Consultant to come on board and grow a permanent commercial desk.
As a business we concentrate our services in West Yorkshire and specialise in recruiting for call centres, legal, office personnel, property and sales primarily. Being a local specialist means that our approach is very tailored and personal to each and every candidate and client we deal with in the local area.
The job role
Working as a 360 consultant you will be responsible for growing a commercial desk in the West Yorkshire region through strategic Business Development. We offer a lot of autonomy from a management point of view as to how you carry out your Business Development, whether that be phone based, networking, getting out and about in the local area, running campaigns etc. The world’s your oyster!
You will also have the opportunity to bill and earn money of established clients and other divisions within the business thanks to our unique commission structure internally, meaning that you really can earn commission straight from day dot whilst you work to develop your own client base.
Alongside this you will also be responsible for sourcing and managing your candidates through strong relationship building and a consultative approach. You will have the opportunity to meet with all candidates in person again making the process for the candidates personal and ultimately more efficient.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who either has a proven recruitment background and wants to work for a company that can offer very genuine long term development and progression (case studies can be provided at interview) or alternatively someone with a very tenacious sales approach and a proven track record in working towards, meeting and exceeding targets, looking for that next step in their career and who wants more than a bog standard sales opportunity.
