This role could really appeal to sports fans as you will be working on a major sporting event in ticket sales and general customer service. Starting 16 September, it is essential that you can commit to 4 weeks work, full time hours. There will be a bonus upon completion of the 4 weeks assignment.
You will be answering calls which are quite generic alongside taking high volume ticket bookings. Additionally, you will be printing, packing and posting the tickets. Working 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri (with the possibility of extra hours in the 2nd 2 weeks of the assignment).
You absolutely must be available to commit to the full 4 weeks as training is extensive and will take at least a full week. Based in North Leeds there are regular buses that run nearby from Leeds city centre however a car would be an advantage.
Some customer service experience is essential for the role and experience of high volume calls.

Salary: £8.21 per hour plus holiday accrual along with a £50 bonus providing you complete the full 4 weeks assignment.
