I am currently looking for 2 experienced customer service advisors to join a large financial services company based in central Leeds. With various opportunities for role development and progression, you will be welcomed with open arms into a modern, open plan office that hosts a friendly, warm and bubbly environment.
This is a varied role mixed evenly between administration and telephone based customer service work. You will be expected to be an excellent communicator, solutions orientated in your approach and organised and confident in your administrative skills.
Your role as a Senior Customer Advisor will involve:
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience
- A consultative, customer first approach
- Educated to grade A-C in Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
- Patience and empathy
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Fantastic written and verbal English
