As an agency with a very busy temporaries desk we are keen to register students looking for temporary work over the summer months or those looking to take a year out/plan to go travelling and just want work for several months etc.  Our work is all administrative or customer service based across a wide range of sectors.  It is usually full time work.

Job profile

The roles are all office based with some offering hybrid working.  They tend to be full time with some being Mon to Fri and others working 5 days over 7.  All are working in the Leeds area with some roles in Wakefield. Examples of the vacancies we need help with are:

• HR Shared Services Administrator
• Compliance Administrator
• Data Analyst
• Sales Administration
• Training Administrator
• Reception
• Data Entry Administrator
• Mortgage Administrator

Responsibilities Include:

They vary firm to firm and job to job but we need candidates ideally with some form of office experience.  Not always essential but will be an advantage.

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

• IT experience to include MS Office
• Good written and verbal English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Decent input skills

We need reliable, hard workers who can pick up new skills and experience quickly.  A lot of the roles are long term and could run for the full period you are available however some are shorter term.

Hours: Typically Mon to Fri 35/37.5 hours per week or 5 days over 7

Salary: £9.50 to £10.26 per hour dependent on the role
