Customer Service Administrator

My client is a leading brand in their field and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone who is not afraid of hard work, have an absolute commitment to deliver an outstanding customer service, be prepared to go the extra mile, be able to prioritise your workload to meet customer deadlines, have fantastic organisational skills and communicate with people at all levels.  Be prepared for a challenge and work with people who care about our customers.

You’ll be part of an award-winning ambitious workwear company with a desire to exceed the expectations for our customers.

You’ll need to have great attention to detail and be highly organised. You’ll be a positive, flexible, confident, and great communicator with a ‘consider it done’ attitude.  You’ll be organised, have good knowledge of Word & Excel, have great initiative and be a persistent problem solver.


Key responsibilities include:-

  • Processing customer orders
  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquires & queries
  • Replying to emails in line with company policies
  • Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched to meet the customer’s expectations
  • Processing customer exchanges

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:-

  • Ideally some telephone-based customer service experience
  • Ideally some administrative, order processing experience
  • A positive mental attitude
  • Hard working and dedicated
  • Ideally a car driver or able to get to LS7 within 1 bus


Hours: Monday – Friday

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000

Location: Leeds, LS7
