Customer Support Analyst

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main focus of the Support Analyst & Asset Auditor will be to provide customers with an outstanding level of service for all their technical queries via different channels of contact such as live chats, emails and tickets. To conduct asset data collection surveys within schools across the UK as a support to the already established Asset Audit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talking clients through a series of actions over the telephone to resolve any issues they may be having
  • Troubleshooting system and diagnosing faults
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications
  • Completing detailed tasks with large amounts of data in various formats
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to other internal departments, if appropriate)
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
  • Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the customer base
  • Assisting with testing and evaluating new technology as required
  • Acting as a lead person, or working within a team for assigned on-site data asset collection service to schools throughout the UK
  • Responsible for collecting large quantities of data within a set period of time
  • Collecting data and tagging assets using various formats including mobile applications and in-house collection tools
  • Liaising with customers to confirm progress of data collection
  • Uploading and preparing data, ready for import
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service and interaction at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Comfortable and confident communicating over the telephone and via online channels
  • Excellent written skills, with the ability to address a business audience
  • Logical mindset with the ability to think analytically and extract relevant information
  • The ability to build strong and positive relationships with other colleagues and teams
  • A desire to learn and progress by sharing knowledge, experience and best practise
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Results focussed with a capability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills

Hours: Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE
