Description of this role

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join a busy and well-established business based in Bradford (BD4). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is looking to gain experience supporting a variety of business functions.

Working closely with the estimating and procurement teams, you'll provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the estimating and procurement teams.
  • Organise supplier and subcontractor information.
  • Assist with purchase-related administration.
  • Update internal records, databases and spreadsheets.
  • Collate information for enquiries, orders and project documentation.
  • Carry out data entry, filing and general office administration.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reliable, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Experience in a busy office administration role and/or using Sage 200 would be beneficial but full training can be provided.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 36.75 hours per week- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Friday: 8:45am – 4:15pm
