We’re recruiting for a fast-growing, forward-thinking manufacturing company in Leeds who are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their team. This is an exciting time to join the business, with lots of opportunity to develop and progress as the company continues to grow.

This is a really varied role where you’ll be the main person supporting with CRM data, accuracy and customer information, while also being happy to pick up the phone where needed, speak with customers and identify potential opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking ownership of maintaining and cleansing CRM and customer data
• Ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date
• Reviewing customer buying patterns and identifying trends
• Spotting potential sales and upselling opportunities
• Picking up the phone and speaking with existing customers where needed
• Qualifying leads and gathering relevant information
• Supporting the sales team with pipeline and customer information
• Following up actions and making sure nothing gets missed
• Producing accurate reports and updates
• Providing general commercial and customer support across the team

What we're looking for:

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong data entry and administration skills
• Confident working with Excel, CRM systems or databases
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership of data and keeping systems organised
• Able to analyse information and spot customer buying trends
• Confident and happy to pick up the phone and speak with customers
• A good communicator who can build relationships
• Commercially minded and able to spot potential opportunities
• Highly organised and able to follow actions through to completion
• Someone who enjoys a varied role rather than doing the same thing every day
• Experience within sales support, customer service, account management or commercial administration would be ideal

You don’t need to come from a traditional sales background. We’re looking for someone who has the right balance of attention to detail and confidence with data, while still enjoying the customer-facing side of a role.
