Description of this role
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing guidance and support via phone, email, and webchat. You’ll enjoy investigating issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience. You’ll work closely with a proactive and supportive team, contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding service.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and excellent experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line support via calls, webchat, and emails
- Investigate and resolve queries or complaints within agreed SLAs
- Identify potential risks and escalate to relevant teams when needed
- Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
- Share trends, patterns, and customer feedback to drive improvements
- Help create and update FAQs and online guidance resources
- Go above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience
- Work collaboratively and in line with company values
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and enjoys investigating issues
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Experience with CRM or other support systems, or quick to learn new tools
- Interest in education is a bonus, but not essential
