Description of this role

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling B2B technology organisation to recruit a Growth Marketing Specialist. This is a highly commercial role suited to a marketer who enjoys driving tangible revenue outcomes through strategic partnerships, inbound growth, product marketing and market expansion.

The business delivers business-critical software solutions into a regulated and complex landscape, supporting organisations across a range of sectors. Despite significant recent growth, the company has retained a collaborative, people-first culture, offering an excellent environment for an ambitious marketer looking to make a meaningful impact and progress their career.


The Role


You will take ownership of key growth initiatives, working closely with commercial teams to accelerate revenue and enterprise acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Building and activating high-value strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results
  • Leading joint demand-generation campaigns, including co-branded content, webinars, landing pages and PR activity
  • Owning the inbound enterprise growth strategy across existing and emerging markets, optimising conversion and positioning within priority verticals
  • Developing high-quality content and sales enablement materials to support consideration and conversion
  • Supporting product go-to-market initiatives, translating technical features into clear, compelling customer value
  • Optimising the full customer journey from initial engagement through to revenue and renewal
  • Using data, experimentation and attribution to directly connect marketing activity to revenue performance
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure strong lead progression and commercial impact

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in marketing or business
  • Proven experience driving revenue through multi-channel marketing and/or partnership-led growth initiatives
  • A track record of increasing average deal value, enterprise acquisition and inbound revenue
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to demonstrate marketing ROI
  • Experience identifying, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
  • Confident using analytics, attribution and optimisation to inform decision-making
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology environment is advantageous, though not essential
