IT Service Delivery Manager.

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead an IT support team and improve how technology services are delivered across the business. You’ll oversee day-to-day service performance, support your team and work with colleagues to make IT services more effective.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing the IT support team
• Overseeing incidents, service requests and changes
• Monitoring service levels and sharing performance updates
• Working with suppliers and internal teams to improve service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing an IT support or service delivery team
• A good understanding of IT service management and service levels
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A calm, organised approach to resolving problems and improving processes

Experience in a regulated environment and ITIL knowledge would be helpful.
