Description of this role
Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be supporting a Leeds-based start-up events business with the appointment of a permanent Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious and fast-growing organisation developing a portfolio of large-scale B2B conferences.

Contract Information
The Role
You will deliver structured, data-led, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive audience growth, commercial engagement and brand positioning across a portfolio of flagship events. You will execute measurable campaigns aligned to clear revenue objectives, ensuring performance is tracked and optimised throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Execute email, digital, paid and content activity
- Manage CRM segmentation and targeted communications
- Monitor performance metrics, reporting on ROI and growth
- Support live event delivery and on-site marketing activity
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications
- 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B events or conferences
- Strong understanding of digital channels and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Commercially focused and data-driven
- Highly organised with excellent written communication skills
Contract Information
- £50,000 – £70,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday + pension
- Performance-related bonus
