Description of this role

We are recruiting on behalf of Legal Practice seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their operations team.


The Role

This role supports the smooth delivery of client services through coordination of training activity, client administration, invoicing and general practice support. It is well suited to someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple tasks. This a part time role but full-time hours would also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training sessions from enquiry through to delivery
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm availability and logistics
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and virtual sessions where required
  • Prepare documentation and materials in advance of session
  • Manage client onboarding, file opening and scheduling
  • Raise and issue invoices and support billing processes
  • Handle insurance-related queries and external platform administration
  • Assist with file closure, document preparation and general administration
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior stakeholders and assist with marketing activities
  • Requirements

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, practice support, PA or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Comfortable managing priorities in a busy environment
  • Familiar with CRM or case management systems (desirable)
  • Experience within professional services or regulated environments is advantageous but not essential.

Contract Information

  • Location – Leeds City Centre (hybrid working, 3 days in office)
  • Salary- £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • Hours – Part time (flexible pattern) or full-time hours would also be considered
