Sales Consultant.

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury retailer seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Leeds city centre showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building genuine client relationships, delivering a highly personalised service, and creating memorable purchasing experiences.

This role is about much more than simply making a sale. We are looking for someone who can confidently tell the story behind a product, connect with customers on an emotional level, and guide them through important life moments and celebrations.

The Role

• Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the client journey
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a discerning client base
• Develop an in-depth understanding of luxury products, craftsmanship, heritage and brand values
• Create engaging and memorable experiences through storytelling and consultative selling
• Proactively follow up with clients and maintain detailed customer records
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence and credibility at all times
• Support client events and in-store experiences when required

About You

• Previous experience within luxury retail or premium sales
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
• Naturally confident, engaging and able to build rapport with a wide range of clients
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong commercial awareness and sales ability
• Comfortable working towards targets in a consultative sales environment
• Able to tell a compelling story and bring products to life for customers
• Professional, articulate and highly relationship-driven
