Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Support Executive to join a busy and growing business based in LS9, needs someone who can start immediately, . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a customer service, sales support or account coordination background who enjoys building relationships, managing enquiries and supporting commercial activities.
This is a fully office-based role and requires someone who is confident communicating with customers, proactive in their approach and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy inbox and responding to customer enquiries
- Following up with customers via telephone and email to obtain information and provide updates
- Supporting the progression of quotations, tenders and customer opportunities
- Liaising with internal departments to gather information and ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Scheduling meetings, calls and appointments for the wider commercial team
- Supporting customer retention and re-engagement activities
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and business development function
About You
- Previous experience within customer service, sales support, account management or a similar role
- Ideally experience working within a B2B environment
- Confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and prioritising workload effectively
- Proactive, professional and able to build positive working relationships
Additional Information
- Immediate start available (looking around 15th June as a start date)
- Temporary contract through to the end of August
- Potential for the assignment to be extended
- Fully office based in LS9
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
- Pay rate: £13.45 - £14.00 per hour
