Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working in partnership with a global, high-growth professional services organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Contracting).

The Role

This is a senior position within the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading and shaping the organisation’s contractor recruitment strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery for complex hires, ensure compliance across regions, and act as the key point of expertise for all contracting activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global contracting recruitment strategy
• Oversee delivery of contractor hiring for key and complex roles
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. IR35)
• Manage agency and supplier relationships
• Build and maintain a contractor talent pipeline
• Partner with senior stakeholders and TA teams across the business

About You

• Strong background in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with a focus on contracting
• Experience operating at a senior level with stakeholder influence
• Knowledge of contractor compliance and engagement models
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and deliver complex hiring
